Every stage brings new challenges
I tailor my approach to help your child grow while guiding you, too
My Specialties
Middle School
Middle schoolers at a developmental crossroads, transitioning between childhood and adolescence. With growing academic and social pressures, they’re also navigating the changes that come with hormones and wondering where they fit in. They’re beginning to seek more independence but still need guidance.
I help middle schoolers navigate these changes, fostering confidence while providing tools to manage challenges. I also support parents, helping them understand and guide their child through this critical stage, ensuring positive growth while balancing expectations and emotional needs.
High schoolers are navigating big decisions, like choosing a college and entering their first romantic relationships, all while balancing academic pressure and identity struggles. These decisions can set them on a positive trajectory—or derail them.
I create a safe space for teens to explore these challenges and build self-esteem. I also work closely with parents, providing guidance on how to support their teen through this critical developmental stage, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving forward with confidence.
High School
The college years are full of life-changing decisions—academically, socially, and personally. College students often face homesickness, self-doubt, and the pressure of balancing new responsibilities with newfound freedom. The stakes feel high, and the transition can be overwhelming.
I help college students develop coping skills, boost confidence, and make informed decisions that set them up for success. For parents, I provide guidance on when to step in and when to allow their child to learn from their own experiences.
College Students
Early adulthood comes with big transitions, and it’s not always a smooth path. Some young adults feel stuck—uncertain about their next steps, struggling with motivation, or overwhelmed by expectations. Others are navigating challenges in school, work, or relationships that make independence feel out of reach. Parents often want to help but worry about overstepping or unintentionally enabling them.
I work with young adults to build confidence, strengthen executive functioning skills, and create a clear sense of direction.
Young Adulthood
Executive functioning (EF) skills—like organization, time management, and impulse control—are crucial for success but often underdeveloped. Struggles with EF lead to missed deadlines, poor planning, emotional outbursts, and constant parent-child conflict. Parents feel frustrated, unsure how to help without micromanaging. I teach kids the skills they need to thrive, improving self-esteem and long-term success. At the same time, I help parents step back with confidence, reducing stress and fostering true independence.
